Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA/Master’s degree preferred.
Experience:
- 6–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Imports, or Procurement.
- Strong knowledge of MRP, inventory management, customs procedures, LC operations, and international trade regulations.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) and advanced Excel.
Job Responsibility:
- Manage MRP and supply planning to ensure product availability and optimal inventory.
- Monitor demand forecasts, stock levels, safety stock, and replenishment plans.
- Improve OTIF performance by coordinating with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics.
- Handle import operations, shipment tracking, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage LC processing, supplier and bank coordination, and import documentation.
- Ensure timely import clearance while minimizing demurrage and related costs.
- Optimize costs through SAFTA and other trade agreements by securing duty benefits.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and banks.
- Analyze inventory and supply chain KPIs, drive continuous improvements, and prepare monthly performance reports.
